We will focus on recognizing and discovering your truths versus learned behaviour, conditioned protective tendencies, and defensive strategies. We will unravel these layers, as well as any inherited ancestral programming and trauma.​

My passion is helping clients reclaim their true nature, peace, and belonging. I use person-centered, narrative, inner child work, somatic awareness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and nature awareness. No style or method works for everyone. I will use a variety of styles and therapeutic modalities to provide you with sessions tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and personality. I don't wear a false persona when I'm in the role of Counsellor. My approach is to be authentic within appropriate ethical constraints because I want you to feel seen and heard.

90 minutes is $150.00
