Coming home to your own wisdom
In this workshop, you will learn to deepen your physical, mental, and emotional, sensory awareness. Our bodies hold the key to our natural way of being, as well as what protects us and may keep us stuck in the same cycles, preventing transformation and personal growth.
You will have the opportunity to practice noticing your own energy, the energy of your surroundings, and the role that emotions and thoughts play in influencing your energy and nervous system. Learning to deepen your relationship with self and emotional regulation, you will learn how to soften into a grounded way of being.
Starting in October online guided meditation, deepening sensory awareness, presence and relaxation will be offered twice a week.
